Change in Amount to Next Star

Apologies for the confusion. We are currently experiencing a delay in our data that is delaying processing of purchases. At the current time, we have not yet received your Call of Duty Season Pass purchase, so that purchase has not yet increased your VIP Star
level. Your change in progress appears to be from the multiple purchases you made on the 16th, and not your Call of Duty purchase.

I have not done the quest yet , but if you get Azuras star to change into the Black Star you can store a infinite amount of Grand Souls ? Like humans ? If so how can you use them to enchant stuff , ie does it destroy the Black star.

Ranks reset each year, on January 1. You either have to spend the same amount or more each year in order to maintain or raise your star level.

There is no word yet on any changes made to the program in the future.

It's not that my whole rank was reset, its just that the progress to get my next star was reset. Also why does the "rank" then reset based off what you're saying every year? That's frustrating.

Yes, VIP ranks change each year, on January 1. In order to maintain your level, you have to spend the same amount or more each year. So if you spend enough between January 1, 2017 and December 32, 2016, to reach level 5 and receive the 10%, your progress
would be reset to 0 but your starting star level would remain level 5. Over the next year, you would have to spend the same amount in order to stay at that level.

They've changed the amount of money you need to spend to reach a new star level and in doing that they've decided to start you over a 0%. As if that wasn't enough they decided to add insult to injury and knock you down a star level or two.

There are a lot of upset people.

I'm now 0 stars and 0%. They reset it twice this year. In January and September. In January at least they didn't knock you down a few star levels. They just reset your current progress to 0%.
