    Change gold from 3 to 12 months


    Is it possible to change my 3 month gold subscription to a yearly one directly from the xbox one? I managed to find the screen where I can change my payment options and everything. There's an option called "extend your subscription" which totally seems like
    it should be it, but all it does is take me back to the games/deals with gold menu. Nowhere on this menu can I seem to find the actual gold subscription options. ¿Ayudame?

    I'm XL Gold, but it says Silver.

    Was the code for a full gold subscription (1 month, 3 month, or 12 months)? Or was it a gold trial? Trial cards will allow you to play online, but won't change your account to gold.

    You will get the 12 months + 3 months since you are upgrading to Ultimate from Gold.

    Sorry, I got confused.

    I have 12 months gold active

    I have code for 3 months of ultimate which i haven't redeemed yet but will expire soon.

    will i get 12+3 months?

    I spoke to a xbox customer care over chat and he hold me that 12 month will be converted into xbox gold for 4 months plus 3 months of new code will be added. I did not like to reduce to 7 months worth of membership

    I was reading in some articles and people said it will upgrade gold to 12 months as well but may be recently MS changed it terms. FYI, I have already availed 1 month 1$ offer in the past.

    Yes 1 month is 20 days, but remember buying 12 1 month golds is way more expensive than buying 1, 12 months gold, hence why you get less for 12 months gold. 3 months gold = 2 months ultimate.
