    The Capitalizaion of my Gamertag was changed without my consent. Can it be fixed?

    You can check your billing history to see if someone had access to your account and paid for the Gamertag change. Otherwise, you'd have to call phone support to see about any refunds or free name changes.

    Hi, I believe you can only change your Gamertag from your Xbox 360 console or through the Games For Windows LIVE programme - neither of which should give you errors when trying to change the Gamertag.
