Change gamertag back!

Sorry, but support gave you some incorrect information. There is no way to contact the enforcement team about this issue. As long as the gamertag is on the server, there is no way to use it. You would have to have access to that account and change the name
to something else in order to free it up for use. There is no way to request a specific gamertag.

You can try contacting support again. If you can verify that you are the owner of the account they should be able to get you to email address attached to the account and you can reset the password (if you don't remember it). You can then change the tag to
something else so you can change the tag on this account back to it. It would cost $10 for each change.

Sorry, but there's no way around it. If you want to change it again, it has to be paid for.

When a gamertag change is made the old gamertag becomes available immediately.

If you are trying to change the gamertag back to the old one and it is says its not available then its not available.

So the gamertag that you are wanting back is PowerUpVoltage

The problem is this MS made a new policy a couple months ago where any new gamertags including changes in gamertags have a limit of 12 characters.

The old gamertag is 14 characters so this is why it is not available for you to change your gamertag back.
