    Hi, I am a user on XBOX and play only on my PC. I didn't have friends until a few days ago I asked my dad to allow me to add friends and I wanted to change my gamerpic but it says it is "only for adult accounts" and the reason why is because I want my friends to know what my profile picture is so they don't have to go looking through 10,000 users with the same name and/or same profile picture. So do you think you could restrict custom gamerpics for people that are not 16 instead of 18? because it seems a tiny bit unfair for people that are close enough to turning 18.

    I apologize but that will not be possible. We need to be an adult in order for us to upload a custom Gamerpic.

    If they haven't changed their gamerpic on the One, then it'll show as a 360 gamerpic when you look at their account.

    No, there's no way to change that gamerpic unless you do it on a One.

    Having the gamerpic changed can be one of two reasons.

    1. Your account has been compromised.

    2. Your gamerpic was changed by the enforcement team as it was in violation of the Code of Conduct of Xbox Live.

    If you expect your account has been compromised i would suggest you change your password immediatly and set up a 2 step verification setup.
