I dd it a while ago pretty straight forward

I cant log in to my Xbox Live anymore..

I need to write email and password, it dosent go

You can't do this yourself. In fact every Microsoft Account you create already has a Gamertag attached to the Account. You can try contacting Xbox Support by visiting their page here: Contact Us | Xbox Support

If they can't help with this, then the best thing to do is create an alias for your Microsoft Account. This allows you to sign into your Account using a different account that can even be a Gmail or Yahoo account. To learn more about Microsoft Account Aliases,

If you would like to change the email associated with your xbox live account go to your profile and click on a drop down menu next your name on your page, select Edit, than click on manage your sign in email account..follow instructions and you should be
good to go!

 

Couple things that you want to keep in mind.

1. If the current email is a MS server email (@hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @live.com, @msn.com) and you follow my steps that email will be deleted forever.

2. Following my steps will ONLY change the email you use to sign into the account with it will not change any passwords, security proofs (where verification is sent to to verify the account).

So here is the steps.

1. Sign into your MS account at account.live.com/addassocid you will probably get prompted to verify your account with your security proof.

You will get 2 choices after verifying your account

1. Create a new email address (outlook)

2. Add an existing email address (Any other Email account server besides MS See above for MS email servers). And it can not be attached to an existing MS account it will give you an error saying that it already exists as a MS account. If you choose this
option it will send a verification email to that email to verify that you are the owner and have access to that email.

Instructions continued:

2. Pick which one you want to do.

3. Make the new email the Primary email.

4. Delete the old email (Remember DO NOT do this if it is a MS server email and you still want to use the email address) Or you can keep the old email on the account and just have different emails that you can use to sign into the account with.

Once the new Email has been added to the account you will want to go into your xbox console and remove your account from the console and add it back with the new email address.
