Change email adress

I would like to change the email adress of my xbox account to an already existing @live.de adress without losing any of my games or achievements, so that I have all of my microsoft stuff on one single account and not, like I do now,
on two. (I've got Office on the @live and xbox on the @hotmail) I already tried "change-email-sign-in-for-microsoft-account" but when I use the email it says "This e-mail address is part of a reserved domain. Enter a different e-mail address."

That's most likely a security proofs, which you should be able to manage via
http://account.live.com. A direct link to the management for proofs is:
account.live.com/.../Manage A change can take 30 before it's processed

 

Since your email address is already a Microsoft account you would not be able to combine the two together.

You can either go to account.live.com/addassocid and sign in with the hotmail account and add a new outlook account to it or if you have an existing email address that is NOT a Microsoft account already you can add an email that you have to the account but
you would not be able to combine the two together

 

Hi there Mindoir, thanks for reaching out. We're afraid you can't combine or merge Microsoft accounts, but if you have multiple accounts, you can share your Xbox Live Gold subscription and content on your Xbox One. To do this, make sure that all of your
accounts are on the same Xbox One console, and then select that console as your Home Xbox.
