change display setting buttons dont work reset not doable.

i was aware of this but when i try and get the xbox serviced it tells me its out of warranty but im unable to get a price. Its two plug n play pieces of hardware why cant i find replacements warranty is already expired. Not that it matters since the case is broke open

If affirmative, I recommend you to reach Microsoft support and check with them what are your options or if they can process the out of warranty repair request for you.

If you have an Xbox One console, I’m afraid to say that Microsoft discontinued the device, and they no longer repair it.

You can get the console repaired by bringing it to your closest repair shop.

Hello Dubie, as you’re not able to perform a power cycle on your console in order to reset the resolution, I’m afraid to say you may need to get the buttons repaired.

There is not other way, sorry.

i have tried multiple controllers and different cables with no difference. just a usb keyboard works i cant see anything on my screen or connect using remote play as i used to
