Sign in to your Microsoft account and review your info: https://account.microsoft.com/

Click on Your Info, then on Edit your Profile Info.

Change the Country and Save.

Then, click on Adress Book, or use this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses

Edit your home address to match your Country.

Select Save.

In case it still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

I wanted to buy this but the game is a rip off if you live in Australia. $20 in the US or $40 AUD in Australia, so its double the price but even when you convert the currencies from USD to AUD it should only cost $25 Australian Dollars.

Due to the law implemented by the government of Russia, Microsoft decided to change the currency of Microsoft Store Russia to USD for Russian gamers to still avail any digital games using USD currency.

This doesn't mean that you can't purchase anything though, other digital codes such as Gold subscriptions or anything can still be purchase through retailer store in your country.
That's the reason why your currency is not available anymore at the Microsoft Store.

I'm sorry, this doesn't mean that you're not be able to purchase digital items from your Microsoft account, it just happened that your government did not allow to use Russian currency from your region. It change only to US currency, but you can still purchase
digital items to your account.

I'm sorry, yes, in order for you to purchase from your account using USD currency, you can purchase Xbox Gift Card or Microsoft Gift card in USD currency to any retailer store in your region. Then, redeem it to your account.

Hmm So why is the us version only 59.99 usd and the australian one 99.99 aud ?

Got mine online for $40 AUD (1.0538 USD = 1 AUD, it was 1.10 a few months back...), happy about that, then again, it's what $60 for a game in the US and it's $100 for a game here? (Full retail) No wonder people are buying online...
