    Hello all! I purchased an Xbox Gold package but somehow cannot sign in with the new Microsoft account on which the Gold is listed as a subscription. I still have an Xbox 360 Change accounts on XBox360 :)

    Ok, here is the story with real names. Last Tuesday my son was using his xbox360 at school with a gamertag of buddyboycoco associated with his Microsoft account. Friday he came home and on another xbox360 he created a profile which gave him a default gamertag
    of . When it asked for a login he entered the same Microsoft account login as buddyboycoco. That changed his gamertag for his account from buddyboycoco to . How do we get buddyboycoco back for this account? If we try and change
    it back to buddyboycoco it says "buddyboycoco is taken. Please try another."

    Unable to change my current WLID

    I already stated what I was trying to change, the WLID that are associated with the accounts so that the WLID on my phone matches the ones on my xBox/Zune accounts so I can have access to the Marketplace and what not.

    Also, I tried changing the ID on the xBox360 Console and the login.live.com area as well. Still not able to change anything.

    On the Xbox360 console, when you try to make a change in Billing Information under Account Management, it will show you the parental account.
