    You can change your birthdate on your Microsoft account at http://account.microsoft.com but once an Xbox account has been created, it is not possible to change the birthdate.

    You can't change your birthdate tied to your Xbox account once it's been created. You'll have to wait till it ages out or create a new one.

    That is not possible, if you have access to the old account you can change the email associated with it and change the type of account but if not I'm sorry but you can't transfer data between accounts.
