    Change account currency


    My account's location is set to Saudi Arabia, but my credit account is in USD. And each time I purchase something, my bank gives me quite a terrible exchange rate. Is there any way I can set my account to bill me in USD?

    How can I equip a gift card amount on the Xbox store ?

    Not illegal, just against terms of service potentially. Usually against terms to prevent abuse of currency exchange rates, but if you buy a different regions currency you have to be in that region.

    That's the situation you are in, or you'll lose the 10 bucks. The site changes stores because it see's what region your account is in, and switches you.

    Purchased 25 eur card not working.

    Currency is limited to the country that it is used in. If your gamertag is set to England then you cannot use the currency card that you purchased in your country. You would actually need to change your region in order to make use of that currency.

    Are you in the United States and is the default currency on your account $US? MS don't allow you to change currencies

    The type of currency shown should be whatever matches your account region. Your account region should match your physical location. If it doesn't, or you change it just to change the currency type, you will run into issues with not being able to download
    content.

    Yep. Changing the language and locale only do not change the account to your country and the difference in IP address may be the problem.

    Be aware though, if you migrate the account and have any currency on it you will lose the currency so ensure you spend it first.
