    Hi Team,

    Just a quick question about the challenges it says for Golden Child (shine on! etc. for 3 months I renewed my gold for a year in Dec and yet I still don't have the challenge, same goes for the game pass one which I was paying for
    since Jun but stopped in Dec and the survey one not showing up either so I don't know what it up with the challenge part of the rewards but it isn't working for me.

    I try click on the 100 My VIP gems on My missions but it just sends me to a new page and tells me to sign in Challenges :(.

    Keep in mind that gems just started on October 1, so you would not have been awarded for anything prior to that date.

    cool I never remembered when that started so ill keep an eye this month for it appearing then since I always have a year sub and the game pass was paid from Oct to Dec so should see that also I think .

    Hello Ventura00,

    We see that the Golden Child challenge is currently pending on your MyRewards page. Regarding the Game Pass challenge, that offer began tracking in November, so it would be possible to have 90 days of consecutive active Game Pass at this point in time. From
    the FAQ:

    Xbox Game Pass

    Your progress towards the Xbox Game Pass MyChallenge will start tracking as of November 1, 2017.

    Regarding the consecutive survey challenge, we see that is also pending on your MyRewards page. Keep in mind that all MyChallenges must be claimed, as stated in the FAQ:

    How will I collect my Reward for completing a MyChallenge?



    Once you’ve completed a MyChallenge, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk. You’ll then have 60 days to claim your Reward of MyVIP Gems in the MyVIP Perks and Gems section of your MyRewards
    page    . You’ll also be able to see any MyChallenges badges you’ve earned on the MyRewards page as well.

    Challenges or Achievements? Some Challenges are time specific. Make sure it says Time/Days Remaining for the current challenge. and Starts IN for upcoming challenges.

    I have the same problem. I can load the Hard challenge and the Medium challenge but not the easy challenge for today's daily challenges. What's going on?

    I lost almost 100 burn cards?

    Burn cards are earned from completing challenges. Most challenges award one burn card for completing the challenge. Some challenges award 2 or 3. Other challenges award a rare burn card pack (3-5 cards?).

    The number of challenges you complete in a game determines how many burn cards you are awarded.

    I second this. I don't even bother with easy nor medium puzzles. It's the 18th of June, and there have been only 2 expert and 3 hard so far this month. At this rate, I won't be getting a bronze this month.

    Insane = Hugely annoying and no fun at all!

    It is called pacing. It was frustrating but challenges are always fun and Judgment on Insane is a challenge.
