challenges for perks/gems not unlocking

Hi ive been with rewards since 2010 the beginning , and all i ever get are the monthly survey credits ,ive just took a look at these perk gems challenges ,now ive completed these 10x over at least.

But as usual no credit/recognition.

i barley come here now as i was robbed out of credit for xbox one console referral bck in 2013 but thats another story.

What isit with not recognise my things anyway see what ya can do pls

GEM Perks emails

Hello theunit1982,

The Gem emails are just for your perks/challenges that you need to claim on the MyRewards page, if you haven't already. At the current moment, we do not send out gem emails for general Gem activity like earning gems for your spending.

MyVIP Exclusives are special offers for select VIPs. When you are selected, you will receive an email for the special offer.

Specialist bonus question

However, you can unlock the pro versions of the perks when you are in OMA mode. I've gotten Scavenger, Dead Silence, Assassin, etc. challenges after unlocking all the perks in specialist. Very handy.

Keep in mind that gems just started on October 1. So you would only be awarded for any actions completed after that date.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014. Similarly, since Gems only began as a feature on October 1st, 2017, it is not possible for them to Reward activity prior to them existing.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Please keep in mind that MyVIP Gems were only created on October 1st, so it is not possible to award Gems for activity done before they existed. Furthermore, since the Game Pass challenge only started in November, it is still a little too early to see completion
of that MyChallenge. From the FAQ:

Xbox Game Pass

Your progress towards the Xbox Game Pass MyChallenge will start tracking as of November 1, 2017.

We see that you currently have a perk awaiting you to claim it on your MyRewards page. Please note that for MyChallenges, you must claim these completed challenges in order to receive their Gems:

How will I collect my Reward for completing a MyChallenge?

Once you’ve completed a MyChallenge, we’ll send you an email letting you know you’ve unlocked a MyVIP Perk. You’ll then have 60 days to claim your Reward of MyVIP Gems in the MyVIP Perks and Gems section of your MyRewards
page. You’ll also be able to see any MyChallenges badges you’ve earned on the MyRewards page as well.
