    Challenges for Gems


    I've kept my account live for the 3 months for the 'Golden Child' challenge and have'nt received the gems for it plus the one that you get gems for doing 3 monthly surveys in a row. What's up with that? Thanks in advance

    Not getting any rewards for gold or game pass

    Support will check on the gems for gold, but keep in mind that gems only started on October 1, so it would only be possible to have gotten the gems once so far. The challenge for game pass started on November 1, so it would be too soon to earn gems for that
    challenge.

    Thank you for the answer! I had no idea when the counter for gold started. I guess it will start dropping in soon for both of them Challenges for Gems :)

    For help with the Xbox Rewards Program, You'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

    Keep in mind that gems just started on October 1, so It's actually still too early to receive the gems for Golden child.

    The gem challenges just started on October 1. So you'll receive the gems after it's been 6 months from then.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As mentioned by Smwutches, there is no Credit offer for completing 3 surveys consecutively, but there is a MyChallenge for Gems. We have resolved an issue with this challenge and you should be prompted to claim
    gems from this challenge shortly.
