    Try 725397 my friend stumbled on this seed and it is a wacky seed. You must force a mushroom biome to spawn by dropping the sea level to 63 with dirt. Not grass blocks because it must naturally spawn. Once you find it, it will be only one block so silk touch
    it out then duplicate it for a mooshroom to appear. There is a swamp biome to the north west corner w/ a mineshaft containing diamonds, watermellon seeds, pumkin seeds and gold ingots in some chests. flattening a map takes forever so if your up to the challenge
    check it out.
