Challenge Not Working

So, I opted in for the FREE Ride Challenge, play 3 games for 5 hour within the time period, which is 10 days left. One of those games if not 2 of them, I have played over 5 hours of, and still not seen it count a single thing on the 'card' it just shows
3 blank game spaces, how am I supposed to get rewards, if the thing doesn't even work right? And don't do that "Oh well ACTUALLY, we here at the 'super intelligent rewards department' set it up so it DOESN'T show when 5 hours has been completed on a game."
Because that would just be stupid wouldn't it? And I also don't want to waste my time on one of the more crappy free games, just to find out none of it counted, and I won't get rewarded, and then I don't have the proof. So someone want to step up and explain
it? Before I get screwed? I'm already owed 50,000 from 2 years ago completing a game purchasing card that you guys ran away from, so lets not screw me out of a simple 1,000. That would just make Xbox look worse then it already is.

Challenges not working?

Hey all,

Got the game a few hours ago and have played a few multiplayer games - at least 10 according to the number saved in my theatre. However, in my stats it's only showing up i've played 5, and literally no kills have counted towards ANY challenge - nor anything
else for that matter - was wondering if this was due to overwhelming server load or something more sinister. Yes, i've already "unlocked" the challenges etc. Any ideas?

Challenges Not Working

Every time I try to play the challenge, I get the message "We're having trouble connecting to the Solitaire service. I have been unable to complete a challenge for months. I've also paid for a game that doesn't work. Very discouraging.

 

Hi DF DreamDemon. Unfortunately, we are unable to list out hours played because there are too many titles to display playtime for. We see that you've completed more than 5 hours on Smite and Fortnite and that should have given you
two punches. We will get your page updated with the correct display. For Lies of Astaroth, we see only 3:06 played. If you've recently played more of the game, we have not yet received that data.
