Try going to xbox one > press the xbox one controller xbox button> go to the multiplayer tab Select Looking for Group (called lfg for short) press there and select minecraft you will get a few people interested on becoming part of your build team that way

You can use the LFG feature in xbox live to get more gamers or post at the game forums.
