    Certain Xbox Dics not working on my Series X


    My Terraria Disc and Sekrio Disc aren't working on my Series X. The discs are not scratched or dirty, and the discs work perfectly fine on literally any other xbox. I also have a lot of other discs that work perfectly fine on my series x. I've used multiple different "fixes" online and nothing has worked. I have also made 2 other posts on this EXACT same topic and never got any real support. Always the same "Have you tried cleaning the discs?". I hope this time I can actually get some real support, thanks.

    Hello,

    When you say the disks don’t play, is there an unreadable disk error or simply just nothing? Any specific error code/message?

    What OS version are you currently on? You can find this info in Settings > System > Console info.

    I have the same issue with an FH3 disk (no visible scratches, and I’ve tried two disks). It doesn’t work on my friend’s original Xbox One that can successfully play everything else without an issue - it’s recognised correctly, but then it says it can’t be read even though both our Series X consoles and another Xbox One (so at least three) can play it okay.

    Also, please create a bug report for the unexpected behaviour and say exactly what you’ve explained in your post. You may add [Xbox Forums] to the title of the report, then share this here once complete.

    I would like to ask:
    May I know what happens when you insert the affected discs on your console?
    Are them not being recognized at all, or an error message appears?
    What procedures you tried to fix this prior to your post creation?
    Is your console enrolled in the Xbox insider program?

    I’m not sure how to reach these settings, but I’m quite certain it is not an issue with my router. My series x has worked for months before now, and all other devices on the network are working, including my Xbox one and Xbox one x. I have been having this issue since roughly the time that my series x last updated, is it possible that the issue is an overlooked bug in the series x OS?
