    Certain games are not showing image on screen


    Bit of a weird one. There's certain games I'm going into that I get audio, but I get no visual from the game. I can press the Xbox guide button and it brings up the side bar, so I know the connection hasn't gone, but I just cannot get the visual side of it to appear. The two games I've noticed it happen on is Roblox and Minecraft Dungeons.



    I am in the Alpha Skip Ahead group. It was fine yesterday, but is an issue today, so I'm not sure if the update yesterday has done anything. Anyone else getting a similar issue?

    since the screenshot seems to show certain DLC to the game, be sure to double check if the DLC owned is also installed.

    If a save game was used with certain DLC then it might be required to be present when you continue playing the game.

    If that isn't the problem please provide the message in the image as text so we can use a translation tool to understand what it says.

    The screen shot shows his XCL as 6, it also shows his ambassador level as 12. You dont need a certain amount of time to hit level 12 as an ambassador, just a certain amount of assists.
