    Certain games are crashing on the new xbox.


    Im not able to play Cold war. whenever i load it up. it shows a black screen then it crashes. then freezes my xbox for a minute. even other games too. it does the same thing.

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this inconvenience concerning your recently repaired Xbox.

    Now if only certain games are resulting in this issue, then I would suggest trying the steps outlined in our

    Xbox One Game Freeze Solution     and see if that helps before you try sending it in again.

    If the problem persists after all that troubleshooting, I would suggest contacting
    customer support
    see if you can if they can do something so that the service center swaps the console for one that works rather than repairing the one you're sending in. They should be able to make some kind of ticket for you.
