    This, apparently, is a widespread issue. The best thing to do when this happens is hard reset your xbox. I had to teach myself this because Microsoft hasn't fixed the software issue and their tech line always assumed it's your router or Internet and will
    have you reboot a console before figuring it out, generally. Hold the button on the front down for at least 5 seconds until the console Powers off and then unplug the power from the back of the console wait a few seconds and plug it back in. After powering
    up everything should be resolved.
