    Hey guys. So I have been having this issue for a few weeks now. Every time i try to play an online game such as BF1 or Rocket League, my PING starts out normal (35-50) but after around 15 minutes, it shoots up to 400+ and makes the game unplayable. I have
    20.55 Download with 4.70 Upload, 50ms latency, 0% packet loss and 100% wireless strength. I have changed my Wireless Channel to 1. I have a CenturyLink router. I can't find any solution and i was wondering if you guys have any suggestions. My connection works
    great with every other device in my home. Thanks in advance.

    Disconnect from xbox live every hour. HELP!!!

    Bow I lag out every 10-15 minutes minutes.wtf

    New Lag/Freezes Since XBox Fitness Update

    I had this problem first during a P90X workout when it kicked in about halfway through the workout. It seems from reading everyone's experience it happens around the 20 minute mark of most of the videos.

    So today I tried one of the 10 minute workouts to see if I could complete it without the issue and it worked. I was able to get through 1 full 10 minute workout without any lag.

    Then I tried doing a 2nd 10 minute workout and the lag started at about the 5 minute mark and continued to the end. It seems that no matter what the lag will start after about 15-20 minutes of your workouts no matter whether it's in 1 longer workout or
    2 shorter workouts.

    well idk if shes called yet but she looked on the centurylink site last night after i sent that message apparently speed is 8 but before it was 10 or something but it was 10 then its a fast bc i never got lag in cod multiplayer but she said she was eligible
    for a upgrade just didnt say how fast still waiting on her to call
