    Having trouble also.

    I bought bully about an hour ago on this account.I have centurylink DSL and have downloaded games before. I followed all other advice but still no luck. I hope Microsoft comes up with a solution soon.

    I forgot to mention that I have DSL internet. I know this technology is also very old. I have not checked with CenturyLink to see if IPv6 is enabled for me. I will do that when I get home. Is it possible that DSL does not allow IPv6? Or do you know
    of any DSL modems that will work with IPv6?

    Your network is behind a port-symmetric NAT

    Your modem is really a DSL gateway (modem+router). This puts your Xbox behind 2 NAT routers (the DSL gateway and your Netgear) and creates a problematic double NAT situation that keeps you from getting open NAT. You need to put the gateway into bridge
    mode, configure your Netgear router to perform the necessary DSL login (probably via either PPPoE or DHCP), and either use UPnP (which doesn't work correctly on many home routers) or manually forward the necessary ports on your Netgear to the Xbox. General
