pourquoi quand je consulte l’état d'avancement de la réparation de ma xbox on x sur le site,et que je vais dans les détails tout les voyants sont en vert alors que Microsoft vient seulement de recevoir ma console?

de plus cest la croix et la bannière pour contacter par mail le site Microsoft France,en tant que client chez vous depuis 2004 je pense avoir le droit de savoir ou en ai l'avancement de la réparation de ma console,déj que pour 500 euro elle a tomber en
panne au bout de 6 jours,a ce prix la on pourrait avoir un produit et un service au top vous ne trouver pas ?
