4. Under Blocked domains and senders, in the search box look for the name or domain (the part of an email address that follows the @ sign, such as outlook.com) from which you want to receive emails.
6. Click on the trash can to delete.

And add these email addresses to your safe senders list:

1. In the input box, click the gear icon.
2. Select View all Outlook settings.
3. Click Mail, then Junk Email
4. In secure domains and senders
5. Click add.
6. In the text box, enter the email address or domain from which you want to always receive emails.
7. Click Add to list.

Then try again to receive emails from them.

Hello SwathedSword75! Perhaps I'm confused, you mention you reset your Hotmail password? Are you simply trying to add your WLID email to your phone or are you trying to add your XBL account? As the second would require a different password, and not the one
that would be reset by resetting your Hotmail password. Are you resetting your password at
account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx? Let us know!

Actually, reset your Da's Hotmail password at
account.live.com/password/reset as your first move.

if you use microsoft (hotmail) go to hotmail and reset password when you go on enter your email then it gives you options of security or go on to your email and recover it
