    CD Problem


    I Microsoft I have to inform you about my xbox one s having issues

    so I put my disc on the xbox it can't read it and so I put another disc in and it said it works!

    so I put my other disc and the xbox disc thing start making a weird sound and make it sometimes when I also dont put anything in

    it I tried to call services but nobody can fix it because of COVID 19 wont let MEE!!!!!

    so is their anything that one of your people can fix my xbox because I dont have someone to repair it.

    CD Problem

    Are your discs severely damaged? If not and your discs are are in good condition then it may be your reader.

    Have you tried using canned air and blown out the reader; responsibly?

    The way you type makes me believe you are a younger child. You may ask your mom or dad to spray some canned air to clean it out inside.

    Hello! I have experienced the same issue with a couple of my discs. What I have found out is that your Xbox cannot read severely damaged discs. The problem might reside with your disc and not your console since other disks work. If this problem continues,

    We installed the game on another Xbox using this CD and the fault remained so as others are not finding problems I intend to ask for an exchange the CD and see if that resolves the problem

    Hey there ;)

    Downloading the game from the store is not possible...

    But i can suggest you that in some shops they have a machine that is repairing the scratches...

    Maybe this will help a bit ;)
