    CD not ejecting on Original Xbox one


    I have a few CDs with music and I sometimes listen to on my Xbox one with the disc. Today the disc did not appear on the Xbox and when I tried to eject the disc it doesn’t eject the CD. I don’t know if there’s something wrong with the disc player (I forgot what it’s called) or the CD

    Do the following, then do a full shutdown and start the unit by pressing eject, if that fails do the following

    Hello MisterPillay, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your discs.

    Even if the disc is stuck in the system and the eject button will not work you should still be able to manually eject the disc by following the steps at this support link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

    Thanks, I was about to take a pic of the front of my Xbox to copy here and prove there was no button. My Xbox is white and the button is totally invisible, it blends in perfectly with the slot. I did not see it until I got close with a flashlight and even
    then I only saw it because I knew exactly where to look and the triangle glinted in the flashlight beam.

    The existence of this button is not mentioned in the tiny pamphlet that comes with the Xbox.

    Eject a CD

    The eject button is directly to the right of the Blu-Ray opening. It has a triangle on it and should be touch sensitive.
