CD App - What on earth are you doing

I'm sure many many many people have posted something on this at some point or another but I'm going to raise it again as I'm new to Xbox One, using a PS4 up until now.

I found some old music CDs in the garage and went to play them this evening having recently bought the Xbox media remote (which on a side note MS, why is this not RF?) anyway, that aside, popped the CD in to the drive, hit play and I was met with the most
hideous looking under-developed app I've seen in a long time.

With the media remote, I can skip tracks, play tracks and stop tracks but can't move around the menu, pause or anything else. I cant even fast forward or rewind with the standard controller unless I'm missing something, theres no album art, options that
should be instantly available I have to go through a menu for, I mean seriously, a child could have written a better app in his lunch break at school.

The console and games are great, a CD player is such a basic thing to get right these days, try spending more than 10 minutes writing the app for it, it's hardly like the Xbox has only just been released - your dev team need a kick up the ****, sort it out

What I don;t under stand though is that if it's 4 different individual accounts won;t I have to pay for it that way? Like I said they are doing a terrible job communicating.

On the other side they are doing a FANTASTIC Job listening to the customers and reacting and making the changes we want so hats off to the big giant corporate monster for listening to customers and doing right by them.

Now I just need them to get their tech heads together so XBOX Live 360 & XBOX One Live are one and the same and I don't loose 4k in purchased digital goods.
