Casual Games Solitaire collection won't update

Trying to open Solitaire on my Win10 PC I get an error downloading game data (error code 104)

I can open other games (Minesweeper, Sudoku, etc.) with no problem. It seems to be isolated to the Solitaire Collection.

Also, the FAQ web address in the error message is wrong.

none here i guess they don't care never get a response like working on it

Microsoft really don't care, they got your and my money. I should of purchased a Apple computer. My brother, daughter, son, and many others have Apple computers and never had a problem. I did uninstall Microsoft update KB4551762 which was installed on
3-12-20 just before the error 104 started on my computer thinking it might be their update, but after the uninstall, I still got their 104 error code.

Regarding the game isn't updating on your Windows 10. I recommend going to this site & seeing what error code you have & see what it means: Error

If this doesn't help you. I recommend emailing them this issue

i agree it keeps getting worse when you think it's over starts all over again

Problem Fixed! I had uninstalled and reinstalled the Microsoft Solitaire Collection about 10 times, and each time I attempted to play, I got the same error messages. Even though I tried playing offline (instead), THIS time, after I played 6 or 7 games of
Klondike, it started to save my data, and my name showed up in the upper right corner.

So my (illogical) suggestion is to start the app, keep clicking on the buttons til you can play "offline". Then try playing Klondike solitaires 8 or 10 time without leaving the page. Then quit the app and try going in. Hopefully, the game will show all your
progress and you won't see the message that you aren't online.
