Castle Crashers Can't Stop Crying DLC

I am trying to obtain the Can't Stop Crying Pack for Castle Crashers. I have Battleblock theater and have received an achievement from the game. This is supposed to unlock the DLC pack. However, I cannot find where to install the pack. It is not listed in
the Xbox store and does not show up under the "Download Content" option on the Castle Crashers main screen. Can anyone describe how to get the pack?

No castle crashers character?

If you have Castle Crashers purchased and installed to your Xbox LIVE account, you should unlock Hatty, the Gem Sword, and the Golden Whale animal orb once you earn at least one achievement in BattleBlock Theater on the same account.

If you've already earned a BBT achievement, check the Character Selection screen in Castle Crashers, and scroll all the way through the Knight selection to see if Hatty has been unlocked.

Incidentally, if you have one achievement in Castle Crashers and/or Alien Hominid, you should unlock special heads in BBT! The Behemoth has posted an article on their Dev Blog regarding the Can't Stop Crying pack and special unlocks:

it is not an actual DLC you can purchase from the store, or from within the game. apparently if you start playing castle crashers AFTER having unlocked at least one achievement from Battleblock, you will have these extras unlocked when you START the game.
so i would imagine you would need to start a new game. possibly by deleting your save file, or moving it to another device and starting a new file.
