    when will these be back in stock? I want to buy one of these with my gems but they are NEVER available. cant there be an option to cash these in for Microsoft credit at least? it seems like an illicit tease to get people to use this program but never have
    any of the "good" items available for purchase.

    Me too. Tried cashing in gems for rewards credits but i got the same error message.

    How do i redeem vanilla visa codes i recieved from MS rewards

    i redeemed my vip gems for 3 vanilla visa cards. I received emails w/ codes for them, but the link to redeem them takes me to the ms store and asks for a 25 digit ms code. How do i redeem the codes for the vanilla visa cards?

    and while gems may not have a straight cash value 250 gems are redeemable for no less than $5 visa card or $5 worth of rewards points with other prizes worth more as listed on the rewards vault. In the swap to microsoft rewards these 250 gems are now 250
    rewards points which does have a cash value as listed on the site 5000points converts to 5$. This means instead of the minimum 5$ for these 250gems im getting 25 cents. If you still dont see whats wrong here then i just lost faith in microsft as a customer

    Typical bank debit cards are VISA cards. VISA also do Credit Cards as well. Perhaps your bank card is just a cash-point card? What Indian bank is your account with?

    I have similar issue. Cashed in gems for gift cards, no email, no confirmation. it's been a week. gems are gone, but no rewards.
