Therefore, your purchases in October mostly went towards the FrankenRewards offer that month. As mentioned in your other post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/a80b9383-9c2a-4c75-b087-ed29a2ed7401),
consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, so those purchases did not award payback that month. Your only non-offer, MyVIP purchase that month was under the $10 requirement formerly required to award payback, and was therefore reserved to complete a $10 amount
in a following month. Regarding December, we see that those Credits are pending. Please note that as stated in the FAQ, monthly payback can take up to the 15th of the following month to be awarded (also, remember as stated earlier, in-game consumables are
not eligible for MyVIP):

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit

Support will double check October, but keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

We see you received MyVIP payback for your April purchases. Your purchases in May mostly went towards the Retro Rewards offer. You cannot receive Credits for both offer progress and MyVIP, as stated in our FAQ:

In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP (or this month's), so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Preorders do not count towards VIP. So they could not be moved to count towards your VIP rank.

VIP ranks are reset each year. They were reset on January 1.
