Case survey issue

i was filling in the case review survey when out of the blue my wifi dropped for a few seconds and it counted as one of my two attempts so on the second attempt I got to question 8/10 and I missclicked so I got the answer wrong, so it locked me out and the
only reason I'm doing the case review in the first place is because I wad suspended for something done on my account whilst I was sleeping which I believe to be an unfair use of power I did nothing wrong at yet I awake to the realisation that microsoft had
suspended me so please any help would be massively appreciated.

Survey issue

Since you did not do the April survey, you did not get any Credits. You did the May survey. Please note that as stated in the FAQ, this program operates on the UTC time zone.

I did my survey on April 30th an it’s not showing up. But this month is. CAN U PLEASE FIX IT!?

Kind of at a loss on the survey piece as you are the second or third person I've heard with the exact same NULL issue when trying to complete the survey so you can do your Case Review. The only thing I can recommend doing until Microsoft hammers out the
Avoid Me issues, is try posting in the Xbox One suspension forums (forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx) and specifically mention that you can't do a Case Review because
of the NULL error.

This is also not my first account. xXSkyBornXx was a previous account perm banned and same issues eith that account and the surveys until i finally made a new account.

Unfortunately in most cases its just a matter of waiting

Make sure you read this thread, and do everything suggested in there, and if it still hasn't fixed it for you then make sure to fill in the survey at the bottom

The survey at the bottom is fed back to the support team working on fixing this issue, and the more info they have on the issue, the better
