    Case review problem


    I am referring to my other Account that has a Permanent ban. The enforcement team have sent me a messaging requiring more info on the investigation but I cannot reply to them. When i press 'need info' it takes me back to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-gb
    . I'm not sure what to do.

    Case review problem

    what happen is that my account is suspended and I tried to file a case review but then when i click the green arrow it takes me back on the Home screen, so I can’t file a case review

    I am trying to get a review for a communication suspension, however, When I click to agree on the terms it sends me back to enforcement homepage. Does this on both mobile and PC. Help please.

    Have you been able to try a new browser or clear the cache/browsing history on your current browser? Can you please try that then let us know if you see that same loop.

    If you are having problems with the Enforcement website, then there may be issues with the servers at the moment. You will just have to try again later.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    I've seen other people say that you can't request case reviews for enforcement actions from more than a year ago.
