    Case review not coming back?


    Recently I was banned on Xbox live for voice communication. I filed a case review, passed the code of conduct quiz thing to see if I was eligible. I was. I filed my case review with a comment explaining everything. But its been over 24 hours. Is this supposed
    to happen? Were the results supposed to come back quicker or do they typically take longer?

    Case review take some time to fully investigate. They can range from a one to several days to investigate all the information and evidence and the number of case they have to look at too. This is why 24 hr bans do not qualify for case reviews. If they
    do rule in your favor and you still have issues follow these steps to refresh your console:

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.
