    Hello Microsoft. My Xbox Live account Syght Blaze received a permanent suspension on February 4th, 2017. I submitted a case review, but as expected the decision to give me a well deserved permanent suspension was upheld. I do understand why I was given the
    suspension, however it has been nearly 2 years since the suspension. Within these 2 years I have matured and have had much personal growth. Keep in mind that I was 12 at the time of these harassment offenses, and yes being 14 now I do realize that I am still
    young, but as I stated before I have matured and I have experienced harassment, hate, verbal abuse which really allowed me to feel the shame and sadness that I caused others to feel. I realize the harm in negativity towards others which is why I no longer
    say anything hurtful or explicit to others. I hope that you can at least take into consideration granting me access to my beloved Xbox Live account once again. Thank you. Also, I'm not sure if this is needed, but the email associated

    Once the verdict is upheld by XBLPET there is nothing you can do. Even more so for a suspension from 2017

    Sorry to hear that you're stuck in this situation.

    The enforcement deals with bans in a case by case fashion.

    If you haven't yet, you should be able to get your case reviewed for possible repeal of your ban by going to
    enforcement.xbox.com.


    Refer to the site and see if you are eligible for that.

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.
