    i got this email a week back and it says the following

    Hello Valued Xbox Customer,


    Thank you for reaching out to us to inquire about your account's current suspension. We have investigated your account and have verified your claims of unauthorized access. If you feel that the actions that led to your account's suspension occurred while your account was not in your possession, you will need to take additional action in order to ensure that your account is secure before the suspension can be lifted.


    In order to appropriately secure your account from future unauthorized access, it is imperative that you follow the steps via the following links to change your account's password and enable two-step verification:

    I am glad you were able to talk to the safety team.

    Lifting a suspension means your account will no longer be suspended once you secure your account again and you will be free to use your account completely as normal.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this inquiry. Unfortunately the Case Review is usually the last chance at attempting to dispute an action take against any account. Now that the decision has been upheld you can try and resubmit one.
    If it doesn't let you then it would be best to create another account to start using. Hope this helps.
