    I sent 2 Audio docks back to Microsoft over 3 months ago but haven't received any updates. Could you please check case no. 7063383274 for me? Thanks.

    I have tried calling after-service multiple times but haven't received any response. Thanks.

    Controller/headset issues.

    I have had issues with 3 controllers audio jack ports now. Including on brand new controllers. I also know a fair amount of people that have had the same issues. I find using the chat adaptor helps and also provides much better quality audio. It's
    at the point that we open the controllers and change the ports ourselves now as they actually aren't even attached to anything in there. Please don't do this if you controller is under warranty as it will void it.

    Xbox One S Controller on PC - horrible audio quality

    Microsoft issued a statement that audio through the 3.5 audio port on the controller will NOT work with Bluetooth. That's the reason for the bad audio quality. I would wait on it and see if a future uupdate fixes this issue.

    If its under warranty you might want to take it back and see if they will let you exchange it for a new dock.

    Luckily for you if is still under warranty if only a month old. Unfortunately they're poorly made controllers. Low quality.
