    Hi,

    I brought 2 £25 gift cards and I accidentally scratched off a few characters on both cards. I could not find the receipt either. I emailed Microsoft Support and they replied saying to give them a photo of the receipt. But then 7 minutes later they closed
    the case not giving me time to reply.

    What do you think I sound do?

    How many characters on each card did you scratch off? If it was only 1 or 2, then a few guesses of what the code might be should work.

    If you can't submit a case review then yes the case is closed and if you do submit a case review and the decision is upheld then again the case is closed.

    Hello, Thanks for posting on Microsoft forum. I would recommend make another ticket on Microsoft support and ask them to review your case As now you can show them your identity and they can check the account is registered to you so they may be able to
    hep you get the account back.
