    Hello, a week or two ago I had communicated with Microsoft about a situation I had with my minecraft account. They said they would escalate the case and they did. I was wondering if I could get any updated via my mail that they used to firstly communicate to my that the case has been escalated. (They escalated it to Microsoft Support Level 2 Team).

Please note that in this public community forum, we are players like you trying to help and guide other players. This means that we do not have access to other accounts or access to other users' information.

    I want to make sure that you'll reach the proper group where you could make a follow up on your case. Having said this, you may use these steps as your guide:

    1-Access the Microsoft contact us at this link.

    https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    2-Click on Windows and then click on "Get Home support"

    3-Write a brief description of your request or issue in the box then click the "Get Help" button.

    4-Click on the "Contact Support" button located at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in, you will see "Sign in to Contact Support". Log in to your Microsoft account.

    5-Select your Product or Service. Choose a Category then click Confirm

    6-Lastly, choose a support option

    If your existing case came from Minecraft support, please use this instead:

    Hi there, here is where you can sign into your account and view more info about the status of any enforcement action on your account.

    If the enforcement action was set to end today but you still have not received all privileges restored on your account, we're afraid you'll need to wait a bit longer. For example, it can take up to 24 hours for communication privileges
    to be restored on your account if you received a communication suspension.

    Yep,thats correct.If the enforcement action was over 12 months ago you can't file for a case review.

    I've seen other people say that you can't request case reviews for enforcement actions from more than a year ago.
