    Bonjour,

    J'ai été prélevé sur mon compte de 9,99€ le 14 novembre 2018 pour 1 mois d'abonnement au gamepass jusqu'au 14 décembre 2018.

    Ce matin j'ai entré un code pour 3 mois d'abonnement au gamepass. Normalement ces 3 mois auraient du se cumuler avec le mois pour lequel j'ai payé par prélèvement le 14 novembre et ma prochaine facturation ne devrait donc être que le 14 mars 2019 (1 mois
    payé le 14/11/2018 donc abonnement jusqu'au 14/12/2018 puis 3 mois de carte prépayée pour un abonnement du 14/12/2018 au 14/03/2019).

    Or dans la gestion de mes abonnements il est indiqué que ma prochaine facturation sera le 14 février 2019, soit 1 mois trop tôt.

    Impossible de contacter qui que ce soit ni au téléphone, ni sur le chat.

    Quelqu'un a eu le même problème ?

    Qui dois-je contacter ?

    However in the management of my subscriptions it is indicated that my next billing will be on February 14, 2019, which is 1 month too early.

    It's Impossible to contact anyone, either on the phone or on the cat.

    Merci pour votre aide, mais lorsque je clique sur votre lien j'arrive sur un page sur laquelle je me suis déj retrouvé plusieurs fois depuis ce matin sans avoir la possibilité de résoudre mon problème.

    Je cherche joindre le service client, ou le chat xbox, sans succès.

    It could be a bit tricky to setup a call, try the following steps on our
    Xbox Support site
    .

    1. My Account

    2. No Thanks

    3. Error messages and codes

    4. Request a call from support

    Following these options should bring you to a page where you will be asked some personal information as well as details in regards to the situation. Hope this helps!

    Have you checked your order history? Being you redeemed a prepaid code on top of a paying subscription is one issue, due to not supposed to be able to do so. So it might of canceled the 1 month and just activated the 3 month, which if that is the case then
    the date is right. When you get with support they can help figure that out.
