cars 2 not free

Hello,

I am a xbox gold member and wanted to enjoy the game "cars 2" free:

Xbox Live Games With Gold For April 2018

But I'm thinking that I get 9.99 € on my paypal account. I wish to cancel this order but I do not know how.

Help me please !

Deluxe Edition problems-VIP status not recognized, unable to obtain most cars from packs for free

I pre-ordered and downloaded Deluxe Edition for Forza Horizon 2 so it was ready to play on the release date. After playing it after a couple hours I realized I was not getting bonuses for VIP. Also, I could only get a few of the cars from the Launch pack
for free, but there were a couple of cars from that pack and and all the cars from Day One and VIP pack that I could not get for free. It said that I had already purchased these cars.

 

Forza Horizon 2 Fast & Furious Car Pack not free?

Also purchased Forza Horizon 2 Fast & Furious Car Pack which stated "Once the pack is purchased, you are granted a one-time only, free addition of each car to your Forza Horizon 2 garage, with no additional in-game credit cost." However, when checking the
garage in the game, the cars are not present. But, I can access the cars and "purchase" the cars still with enough in game credits. They were supposed to be a free in game addition.

Did anyone answer this issue?

 

You would need to go to Sign in to your Microsoft account yo see if you can start a refund there or contact support and speak to billing.

That game was only free until the 15th so it is no longer free.
