Carpal Tunnel in my wrist

I have been using PlayStation for all my games, about the last year I have been having a soreness in my right wrist, I only play for about 20-30 minutes at a time and I don’t play much during the week, I have seen my doctor about this, I have somewhat large hands, does anyone have a PS5 and an Xbox system and do you feel any soreness with either controller?

I have been using a mouse at work since the beginning of July but I only use it periodically, I do pretty much the same things at work everyday as I work in receiving

About the xbox controls, all are developed for a better fit in the users hands.

It's not something I suffer with, but being smaller type of guy, I guess I've only got little hands. If the PlayStation type of controller is more comfortable for you, perhaps you should try the 8BitDo controller for Xbox?

Unfortunately, for the moment at least, it's only available wired.

Playstation controllers give me hand cramps after 30mins of play but then again I have been using an xbox for almost 2 decades now

Do you use a mouse during the week? Or anything else that would likely be considered repetitive?

Whilst only using a controller for a short period wouldn't usually cause RSI, different people react in different ways. Having large hands possibly contributes as controllers are designed for smaller hands.
