    Depending on what you're facing, you can try following the steps given here. Have you also checked to see if you have a current Xbox Live gold subscription
    going and clearing your systems cache? To clear the system cache:

    1. Hold down the power button for ~10 seconds.

    2. Unplug the power cord from the system for around 1 minute.

    3. Plug the cord back into the system and restart the system.
