Card dragging lag, i.e. "rubberbanding"

I'm pretty sure that a recent update to the game has made the game nearly unplayable. I describe dragging an object in Windows as being like putting your finger on that object and sliding it to a new position, however, for the past week or two dragging a
card is more like tying a rubber band to the card. The mouse moves away from the starting point but the card lags behind then catches up when you stop the mouse.

I think it may have been this way for a while, but it has gotten MUCH worse lately. My game times have gone from 4:00 - 4:40 (minutes) to 6-8 minutes.

I don't know if I'm alone in the way I process visual feedback, but I base my mouse movement on the object being moved, not the mouse pointer. That means I either need to move VERY slowly or repeatedly overshoot the target stack. Click and drag works normally,
as it always has, in all other apps. Only Solitaire has this lag. The motion in Solitaire is clean and smooth, no choppiness or stutter, just not "positive". I can place a beer on the bar and, holding on to it, quickly slide it to my customer; The Solitaire
collection is like tying a 10 inch rubber band to the handle and dragging it quickly is just not going to work very well.

Doesn't freeze - but expect some lag / rubberbanding in 64 servers.

Since the server sided patch I've had zero issues with lag/rubberbanding.
