    Hi,

    I'm trying to buy a game on the Microsoft store (it's a backwards-compatible 360 game I'm buying for my Xbox One if that matters) and only one of the 3 cards I have registered with my Microsoft account is coming up when I try to pay... The card that is showing
    up is not the one I want to use and when I try to 'add' the correct one I'm not able to because the billing address is in the UK and it won't let me change the country/region away from the United States. My Microsoft account is also registered as being in
    the UK and I'm on the UK version of the Microsoft/Xbox store so I'm not really sure what's going on here...

    Can someone please give me an idea of what I'm doing wrong here?

    Try purchasing the game from the Xbox 360 marketplace instead (Don't worry it will still be available on your Xbox One in your games & apps)
    marketplace.xbox.com You might have better luck doing it this way.

    It looks like I misspoke, I had been trying to buy it on the Marketplace. Microsoft Store links the 'see prices' buttons for this game to the Xbox Marketplace. So the issue persists

    Hello Mateus,

    Thanks for replying, I've checked the billing details and below total amount of the transaction appears Paid with and the prepaid card details, the account balance doesn't appear on the billing details. Also I don't remember adding funds to the Microsoft account balance, but if i did it should appear on the billing info, didn't it?

    The subscription expires 15/2/2022, three months from today.

    No it doesn’t appear there but when I log in and add my card details I can see what charges have been made.

    It is for minecraft: Java & bedrock edition for PC

    What should I do next to reverse the charges?

    To my knowledge fortnight gift cards must be redeemed on their website, you should look at the information on the card for details
