Card code issue

Discus and support Card code issue in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Today on 20th June 2025 I bought 2 Xbox game card of 25£ each and when I scratch with coin gently both cards show 22 digits codes instead of 25 digits...     Today on 20th June 2025 I bought 2 Xbox game card of 25£ each and when I scratch with coin gently both cards show 22 digits codes instead of 25 digits codes. And I talked with Morrison management team and they told me that you have to contact with Microsoft team so what can I do now. Now what can I do about this issue. And these cards have some issue in loading games now

    Hello! The card containing the code must contain the expiration date, could you look for it in the code's card? This is to confirm that the code itself is not having issues
