Carcassonne not working anymore

Hi, I bought Carcassonne For My Windows phone recently. After few days it started to malfunctioning: it says that it's on trial and I have to buy it.

But I have already bought it, in fact if I follow the "buy" option the Windows store knows i bought it.

I tried to uninstall/reinstall but it did not work.

What happened?

Carcassonne is another really good game.

 

This is either a problem on the app publisher's end, or Microsoft's end. I think your best course of action would be to speak to Windows Phone support and receive a refund. When they refund apps or games, it revokes the license from your account and allows
you to repurchase the content which may kick the system back into the right state of mind for your account. You can reach WP support here:

Hi there. Could you try uninstalling it, restarting the device (switch fully off and back on), then go into the Store again and try to re-download. Otherwise go ahead with Drakken's suggestion of attempting to get the purchase refunded.

I contacted the support as DrakkenSaer suggested.

There was the payment still pending but it was not the problem. After a while the support guy tried to reset the license, but it was no luck either.

He gave me a case number because the last chance was to reset the phone and in that moment I couldn't do a backup.

I did the reset few minutes ago, redownloaded the app and now it's ok. I think that there was some problem with the license inside the phone, not on server's side...
