Captures not deleting and not staying updated in activity feed

I have, verbatim, the same issues. Additionally, when attempting to view my own videos on the Activity Feed 90% of my clips stop as if they failed to load. I cannot delete old clips in the Captures tab of my profile, either.

Activity feeds on the Community tab, player profiles, Clubs, and game hubs allow players to see and comment on what others are playing. These feeds also display game clips and screenshots, known as captures.
To report an inappropriate feed item or comment:

1. Select the inappropriate activity feed item or comment.
2. Navigate to the offending player's Gamertag and select Options, and then select Report.
3. Select Inappropriate feed item or Inappropriate comment, depending on what you're reporting.
4. Select Add comment to provide more information. When finished, select Report.

Club feed items can be reported to either a Club admin or to Xbox. If the item doesn’t belong in the Club, select Club admin. If the item violates the Code of Conduct, select Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team.

You can also remove your own activity feed items and any comments associated with your content. To remove a specific feed item or comment, select Options, and then select Delete item or Delete
comment.

Not only are my captures not being save (both screenshots and clips), but they are not showing up in my activity feed. Please help!

Perhaps I am not being clear.

I am looking through my activity feed. I click on a screenshot that someone else has made. However, I cannot see the entire screenshot. These screenshots (from other users) were taken on an Xbox, but in the Windows app, it does not properly scale them.

I have no issues on the iPhone app or Xbox itself. Only the PC app when browsing the activity feed.

I am not referring to my own captures. This is an issue when I try to look at anyone's captures in the activity feed.

If someone has blocked you then it will show them as Offline all of the time and you will not be able to view anything on there profile such as activity feed, captures, etc
